About Holdr

South African, and built for real classrooms

Holdr is a South African company dedicated to helping schools create focused, phone-free learning environments — and bringing the same control to workplaces.

Our focus

Innovation, simplicity, sustainability

We partner with schools across South Africa to restore attention, discipline and balance in education. The product is deliberately simple: no apps, no batteries, no setup — a pouch that does one job well, and a base station that opens it when it's time.

The same principle carries over into corporate spaces, where the goal shifts from discipline to focus and confidentiality.
